Shawn Threlkeld has worked in various in-house roles with companies in the Phoenix area – companies ranging from 100 to 100,000 employees; $30 million in revenue to $13 billion – including Honeywell, Triumph Group, WDC Exploration, National EWP, and Abengoa.
Although an “In House Generalist”, Mr. Threlkeld is especially strong in contract law, having developed, edited and negotiated most types of agreements in the aerospace and construction industries. His other experiences include in-house management of insurance, bonds, risk, labor and employment, corporate resolutions, state filings and licensing.
Mr. Threlkeld is a member of the State Bar of California, a licensed U. S. Customs Broker and has advised his clients on many areas of federal law including import and export laws, ITAR, OFAC, FARs, DFARs, EPAFARs.
