Eesha represents clients before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services seeking both employment and family-based adjustment of status and naturalization. She advises and helps individuals to obtain the right visas, as well as permanent residence (green card) and citizenship, and helps to plan appropriate visa strategies for transitions to unite family members, and to overcome grounds of ineligibility or other obstacles to a visa, green card, or citizenship – such as waivers of the three and ten year bars for those who have overstayed, and waivers for some types of criminal or immigration history.
