Larry J. Cohen is a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death litigation. He has focused his more than thirty one years of law practice on serious medical injury and emotional damages cases, including brain injury claims.
Mr. Cohen speaks nationally to groups of lawyers, other professionals, insurance companies, governmental entities, risk managers and other interest groups about litigation and trial practice matters, legal ethics, alternative dispute resolution, and issues in brain damage, law and medicine and law and psychology. He has received awards from the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of New Mexico for excellence in continuing legal education.
Mr. Cohen also received the President’s Award from the State Bar of Arizona for contributions in continuing legal education. He has for many years been listed by Southwest Super Lawyers and Arizona’s Finest Lawyers as among the best lawyers in Arizona and recently was recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as among the top one percent of lawyers in the United States.
Larry Cohen received his J.D. from Northwestern University in 1985, and has been admitted to practice in Arizona since 1985. He also has a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University and has participated in a post-doctoral program in clinical neuropsychology.

Eesha represents clients before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services seeking both employment and family-based adjustment of status and naturalization. She approaches each and every case with passion and tries her hardest to achieve the best possible solution for her client. Being an immigrant herself, she understands the complexity of this process and the hardship that comes along with it. It is her goal to smoothly secure the most appropriate result or other immigration benefit that best suits her client’s individual need.
She advises and helps individuals to obtain the right visas, as well as permanent residence (green card) and citizenship, and helps to plan appropriate visa strategies for transitions to unite family members, and to overcome grounds of ineligibility or other obstacles to a visa, green card, or citizenship – such as waivers of the three and ten year bars for those who have overstayed, and waivers for some types of criminal or immigration history.
Eesha graduated with Masters in U.S. Laws from Washington University School of Law in May 2015. She was a recipient of Scholar in Law scholarship and was awarded CALI award of Excellence for her work in Children and Family Advocacy Legal Aid Clinic. She completed her undergraduate studies from National Law University in India in 2014.

G.Ivan Hannel is a graduate of Yale University (1993) and Northwestern Law (1996). He was born in Nashville but grew up in Phoenix. Ivan’s practice areas include general civil litigation, corporate law, and family law. Ivan has worked predominantly on cases for plaintiffs seeking justice, including medical and legal malpractice, contract disputes, breaches of corporate duties, business partnership disputes, and employment issues. Ivan also has experience as corporate counsel covering all aspects of corporate operations and governance.
Ivan looks at each case through the lens that it will go to trial with the hope of resolving the issues favorably to the client beforehand. Ivan prepares clients for both the legal proceedings that are likely to occur in any litigation and the mindfulness needed to navigate emotionally difficult and highly controverted issues.

Yash Pahwa is the founder and managing attorney at Cronus Law PLLC, a full-service firm. He founded the firm fresh out of law school with the belief that the traditional law firm model was dying, and there was a need for more efficient and practical legal services. Roger Smith has experience in all types of family law matters, including: divorce, legal separation, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, contempt, property agreements, prenuptial agreements and orders of protection. In addition, he has experience with preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills, probate matters and will contests.
Mr. Smith began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Jack L Ogg of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and then as a trial attorney for the United States Government. He served as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court for more than fifteen years and is a member of both the Arizona and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as the federal district courts in Arizona, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
Mr. Smith attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.

Shawn Threlkeld has worked in various in-house roles with companies in the Phoenix area – companies ranging from 100 to 100,000 employees; $30 million in revenue to $13 billion – including Honeywell, Triumph Group, WDC Exploration, National EWP, and Abengoa.
Although an “In House Generalist”, Mr. Threlkeld is especially strong in contract law, having developed, edited and negotiated most types of agreements in the aerospace and construction industries. His other experiences include in-house management of insurance, bonds, risk, labor and employment, corporate resolutions, state filings and licensing.
Mr. Threlkeld is a member of the State Bar of California, a licensed U. S. Customs Broker and has advised his clients on many areas of federal law including import and export laws, ITAR, OFAC, FARs, DFARs, EPAFARs.
Shawn is a graduate of Concord Law School, having focused on commercial transactions and intellectual property, but also having received recognition for outstanding achievement in tort law.
