I have practiced Criminal Law exclusively in Arizona for over 12 years.  I have settled over well over a thousand criminal cases. In the Arizona Superior Courts I have prevailed in jury trials consisting of: Felony Murder; Aggravated Assault Dangerous; Drug Trafficking and Conspiracy; Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Aggravated Assault on Police Officer, Forgery, Taking the Identity of Another and Misconduct Involving Weapons as well as others. I have prevailed in Jury Trials in Phoenix City Court, Tempe City Court, Mesa City Court, Gilbert City Court, Chandler City Court, Scottsdale City Court, Glendale City Court, McDowell Mountain Justice Court, East Mesa Justice Court, San Marcos Justice Court, Maricopa Justice Court and Cave Creek Justice Court. I have prevailed in a number of extremely difficult DUI Jury Trials such as: Phoenix City Court BAC at .248 with an accident; Maricopa Justice Court wherein the client’s vehicle was upside down and beer cans spilling out. I have prevailed in many Extreme DUI cases and I am one of the few attorneys to have won multiple DUI Jury Trials with blood tests in excess of .08 in Gilbert City Court. I have settled cases in almost every court in Maricopa County and I have resolved cases in Pinal County, Coconino County, Yuma, Prescott and Globe/Miami. Three times I have been a member of a two-man team that saved the life of persons facing the Death Penalty. I have been an Attorney for the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association which is the entity that represents officers of the Phoenix Police Department, and I have represented police officers when they kill in the line of duty. I offer similar services to the Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations. For four years I was the Lead Trial Attorney for the Weingart Law Firm and tried the majority of the firm’s jury trials from December 2005 to early 2009.
