Roger Smith

Roger Smith has experience in all types of family law matters, including: divorce, legal separation, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, contempt, property agreements, prenuptial agreements and orders of protection. In addition, he has experience with preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills, probate matters and will contests.

Mr. Smith began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Jack L Ogg of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and then as a trial attorney for the United States Government. He served as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court for more than fifteen years and is a member of both the Arizona and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as the federal district courts in Arizona, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
